Option 2: Magic Edit (Pro Feature)

  • Shorten: Condense verbose paragraphs while maintaining meaning
  • Create Table: Convert paragraph into structured table format
  • Create List: Transform text into bullet points or a numbered list

Best for: Quick format conversions and individual paragraph improvements

Option 3: Rayo Agent - AI Content Editor

Your conversational editing assistant that works across your entire blog. Access Rayo Agent from the editing toolbar or right sidebar to give natural language instructions.

What Rayo Agent Can Do:

Comprehensive Content Refinement:

  • • Make entire blogs more concise or expand thin sections
  • • Adjust tone throughout all sections (more professional, conversational, technical, etc.)
  • • Simplify complex language or add sophistication
  • • Remove redundancy and tighten narratives
  • • Balance section lengths for better flow

Structural Improvements:

  • • Add transition sentences between all sections
  • • Create subheadings at regular intervals (e.g., "every 200 words")
  • • Reorganize content for logical flow
  • • Insert or remove entire sections
  • • Break up long paragraphs into readable chunks

Content Enhancement:

  • • Add real-world examples throughout your blog
  • • Insert case studies to support key points
  • • Develop arguments with additional detail
  • • Create comparison tables from prose
  • • Expand specific topics with deeper explanation
  • • Insert relevant images to enhance visual appeal

SEO Optimization:

  • • Increase keyword density naturally across the blog
  • • Add semantic keywords in relevant contexts
  • • Optimize header hierarchy for search engines
  • • Maintain existing SEO performance during tone adjustments
  • • Balance keyword usage with readability

Visual Content Management:

  • • Insert images at strategic points
  • • Add visuals to break up text-heavy sections
  • • Place images near relevant topics for context

How It Works:

  1. 1. Click to open the Rayo Agent interface
  2. 2. Type your instruction in natural language
  3. 3. Agent analyzes your blog and generates changes
  4. 4. Preview the modifications before applying
  5. 5. Accept all changes, reject, or refine through conversation

Example Instructions:

  • • "Make the entire blog more concise"
  • • "Add transition sentences between major sections"
  • • "Insert 2-3 examples in the benefits section"
  • • "Increase keyword density to 1.5% naturally"
  • • "Make the tone more conversational while maintaining professionalism"
  • • "Add relevant images throughout the content"

Agent Respects Your Settings:

Rayo Agent automatically follows your project's brand tone settings (formality, attitude, energy, clarity) and monitors keyword density in real-time. Changes maintain your established voice and SEO optimization.

Iterative Refinement:

The Agent maintains conversation context, so you can build on previous edits:

  • • First: "Make the blog more concise"
  • • Then: "Section 3 is too brief now—expand it with examples"
  • • Finally: "Add transition sentences between all sections"

Usage & Pricing:

Rayo Agent operates on a credit system with transparent costs displayed before each action. Simple edits cost less than comprehensive blog-wide transformations.

Best for: Comprehensive improvements, structural changes, bulk editing tasks, and any modifications that touch multiple sections

Choosing Your Editing Approach

Use Manual Editing when:

  • • Making precise word choices or factual corrections
  • • Adding personal voice and final touches
  • • Editing specific numbers or technical details

Use Magic Edit when:

  • • Converting one paragraph to a different format
  • • Shortening individual verbose sections
  • • Quick paragraph-level improvements

Use Rayo Agent when:

  • • Making changes across multiple sections
  • • Adjusting overall tone or style
  • • Adding content elements throughout (examples, transitions, images)
  • • Restructuring or reorganizing content
  • • Optimizing SEO across the entire blog

Pro Workflow: Many users combine all three—Agent for bulk improvements, Magic Edit for format conversions, and manual editing for final polish. This approach eliminates 80% of editing work while maintaining full creative control.

Monitoring Keyword Density

As you edit, the left sidebar tracks keyword usage in real-time:

  • • Primary keyword should be 1-3% of total content
  • • Secondary keywords typically lower percentages
  • • Adjust content to maintain optimal density without over-optimization

Rayo Agent monitors these metrics during edits, ensuring changes don't negatively impact your SEO performance.

Important: Keywords and word count cannot be changed after blog generation. To modify these, create a new blog.

Version Management

Automatic Version Saving

Rayo automatically saves a new version every time you make changes. No manual intervention required-just edit and your work is preserved.

Accessing Version History

  • • Click the Version History icon in the right sidebar
  • • View timestamps for each saved version (e.g., "2:10 pm, today")
  • • Preview what changed in each version
  • • Click any version to restore it

The "Current" marker shows which version you're actively working on.

💡 Tip: Version History provides a safety net for experimentation. Try different approaches knowing you can always restore an earlier version.
