Managing Settings

Whether you're updating your name or refining your business services and target audience, our goal is to make every adjustment simple and straightforward. Explore the steps below to learn how to take full control of your profile settings and project configurations.

Profile Settings

1. 1. On the Rayo dashboard, click on your profile icon at top right.
2. 2. In "Profile Settings," locate "Profile".
3. 3. Modify the details you want to update in the General Information.
4. 4. You can make changes to the following input fields on the page:
   1. 1. Your Name
   2. 2. Phone Number
   3. 3. Company Name

Note: email once registered cannot be changed

Password Reset

1. 1. On the Rayo dashboard, click on your profile icon at the top right.
2. 2. In "Profile Settings," locate "Login and Security".
3. 3. Enter the New Password consisting of atleast: 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
4. 4. Confirm the New Password.
5. 5. Click on Save New Password to continue with the new password.

Project Settings

1. 1. Click on the Settings button, located near the favicon of the project website image (at the bottom left corner of the screen).
2. 2. Locate the Project Details at the left of the screen.
3. 3. You can make changes to the following project details here:
   1. 1. Project Name
   2. 2. Your Business Services
   3. 3. Target Gender
   4. 4. Language Preference
   5. 5. Target Age Groups
   6. 6. Target Location(s)
   7. 7. Brand Tone
4. 4. To build CMS connection with Rayo, locate the CMS integration tab on the left of the Project Settings - this will prompt you to connect your CMS.
